This notice explains how Al Furqan Centre uses information submitted through the Al Furqan Qur’an Institute application form.

What we ask for

Your name, date of birth, email, telephone number, chosen class, reading level, memorisation and preferred payment plan. For applicants under 18, we also request parent or guardian contact details. Additional notes are optional; please avoid including medical information.

Why we use it

To review your application, check age eligibility, understand your starting point, manage limited places and contact you about your application and the programme. Submitting an application does not confirm a place or take a payment.

Who can access it

Applications are stored in the website’s database and are accessible through a restricted staff admissions area. Website hosting and email delivery providers process information needed to operate these services. Application information is not published on the website or used for marketing.

Messages about your application

When email delivery is enabled, the system sends an acknowledgement and alerts the centre. Acceptance, waiting-list and unsuccessful-application emails follow a decision made by the centre’s team. Acceptance is never automatic.

Keeping your information

The centre retains application information for admissions and, if you join, for programme administration. Contact the centre about retention, corrections, access or deletion of your information. Any request will be considered alongside the centre’s record-keeping obligations.
